Description

Create a page and possibly a component to present the Home screen for Engage mobile. This will include icons for all the main features of the application, including Exhibitions, Collections, MyCollection, and more.

A bunch of work has gone into adding this component. And more refactoring was done in regards to language selection and i18n (see ENGAGE-312)
