Description
Pointed out in a design crit - the buttons and other elements that have used custom styles for their appearance should have appropriate interactivity (hover styles, cursor changes, etc).

                        Gregor Moss commented 2018-05-18T18:29:02.060-0400 The cursor is now a "pointer" (aka the hand, for links) over block editor buttons. Text links throughout the site have a consistent style of being underlined. In the Learning Reflections theme, they're default colour (blue/purple), and in the Karisma theme they're black. What hover styles would be appropriate to use and where?
