Description
When UIO is used to turn on a Table of Contents, the 'login' button drops down below the table of contents. The sidebar also drops down.
We should probably check with the designers how the ToC should be integrated into the visual layout.

2011-12-12T14:59:08.058-0500 I showed this to Joanna and asked for advice. She recommended that the table of contents be displayed in the main area, to the right of the sidebar, ahead of the content in that main section.
